Code Required isn't like your average company with the nine to five grind - we're flexible, we're fun and there's no boss - no really! - we're all in charge here so if you need to take the afternoon off to go to the footy, take the missus to the opera or feed the cat... Go for it!

At Code Required we never know what the next project is going to be so you'll need to be flexible and have a vast range of web development and design skills. You'll need to adapt quickly to new projects and you need to be able to hand code everything, from scratch. We also carry out stringent checks to make sure your code is upto scratch and valid so be prepared to take a small test if you wish to join the team.
