non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

We will only use any files sent to us to assist you in your project. We will not use any files created, received or developed from or for you on any other site, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance. We will store files for your projects for 6 months after the final invoice has been received, unless you request otherwise, after which the files will either be archived or destroyed... Again it's your choice if you would like us to destroy files immediately upon project completion - we only keep hold of them for a 6 month period in case you need more work done.

We guarantee that all information shared with us including all files, contacts information, client notes etc will remain confidential.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties of any kind nor will we advertise any of this information on our website unless we have sought specific permission form you to use it (for example sometimes we ask customers what they thought of our work and service and may publish these comments).
